STAY AWAY!
We arrived at the hotel after travelling 12 hours and the shuttle the hotel arranged was not there. This is because the hotel had not arranged the pick up and when we phoned they scrambled to find us a ride. We were also misinformed about whether we needed cash to pay for the taxi by the hotel. We arrived to the hotel and there was no room for us. The manager was conveniently not in and the booking manager was not willing to speak to us. They told us they had the reservation that we paid for but no room. We either had to be shipped off to their (lower quality) sister hotel or get a refund and leave. No meaningful help was provided and they had the ******** to tell us to WhatsApp the booking manager because they didn't want to speak to us on the phone. No explanation was given.

Superbe hôtel. Le personnel est adorable et accueillant. La nourriture est excellente. Les chambres sont très propre et spacieuse. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.

Es war eine super erholsame Zeit. Vorallen die beiden Amateure nassir und suli haben uns auch viele Infos über das Land und das Leben auf Sansibar näher gebracht. Das Programm untertags wurde nicht so angenommen. Das Abendprogram wurde an manchen Abend mehr und mal weniger abgenommen.

Schöne, in die Jahre gekommene Anlage, zum Teil aber schon renoviert. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Vor allem Nassir war sehr sympathisch und freundlich.

Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders aufgefallen sind die 2 Animateure, die jeden Abend zu einem Spaß für die ganze Familie gemacht haben. Auch Untertags gibt es genug Programm welches aber von sehr wenigen genutzt wird. Die Anlage ist schön aber schon in die Jahre gekommen, ein bisschen Renervierungsarbeit wurde schon geleistet, da fehlt aber noch was!

Nous avons séjourné 12 jours et nous avons adoré.Tous les employés sont agréables et ont une joie de vivre communicative,ils se mettent en 4 pour vous faire plaisir.Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très propres.Le seul bémol est sur la nourriture qui est peu variée.Il faut penser à prendre des chaussures de plage car oursins et coraux.Nous avons fait les excursions sur l ile de pungume ( plongée avec les poissons puis les étoiles de mer,visite des mangroves puis déjeuner sur un banc de sable avec langouste grillée et autre) nous avons aussi fait celle de la crique pas exceptionnelle et pour finir le safari.Le safari sur 3 jours,en lui même il est fabuleux mais maintenant on ne peut plus y aller en avion du coup 13 h de transport entre taxi bateau jeep....bref une horreur qui vous fait perdre 2 jours de vacances,ce qui est à prendre en compte.
